A new report claims George Clooney and Amal Clooney are on the verge of breaking up and now heading for a $500 million divorce. This claim, however, is simply fabricated. The spouses are not ending their marriage and they aren't heading for a custody battle over their twins as well.

Life & Style magazine recently claims George and Amal are always fighting over their kids, fame, and personalities. At some point, the actor allegedly told his wife their relationship was "over." The outlet cited a so-called insider asserting that although the spouses look great together, they were never a great match.

The alleged source insisted that after Ella and Alexander were born, the two have been fighting on where and how to raise their kids. George allegedly wants to live in Los Angeles full-time, while Amal prefers to live in Europe. The unknown insider further continues the actor has been struggling to give up his "bachelor ways" and his wife always accused him of being "fame-hungry" and "selfish."

Allegedly, Amal has been questioning her husband's motives, telling him to do more with his life rather than just acting, directing, and hanging out in Hollywood. George, on the other hand, allegedly fought back and told his wife she's "stuck-up" and "spoiled."

The untraceable source added the spouses have been counseling and even went to a "marriage boot camp" just to save their marriage. However, it ended up doing more harm than good. Since Amal is an attorney, she allegedly knows how to play dirty when they decided to get a divorce, meaning she will go after her George's $500 million fortune, as well as custody of their kids.

According to Gossip Cop, the report is simply fabricated and inaccurate. In fact, a source close to the actor told Gossip Cop that the marriage of the spouses is going strong, and it's not true they are heading for a divorce. It's worth mentioning that the tabloid has been frequently making false claims about the Clooneys.

For instance, the same outlet claims the spouses have been living separate lives, yet the two were spotted earlier this month on a romantic date night. Back in June, Life & Style also reported the two were heading for a divorce even though they're expecting their third child, but then, they haven't split nor had their third baby.

Still, the same outlet insisted in October Amal was planning to "dump" George on their fourth anniversary, but that report never happened either. Clearly, the tabloid has no clear insight regarding the spouses' marriage, making this latest claim not true as well.
