It cannot be denied that Park Shin Hye is one of the most successful actresses in the history of entertainment in South Korea. As a matter of fact, the 29-year-old Asian superstar had appeared in huge productions that helped her gain popularity and recognitions.

Known as one of the most prolific artists of her age, Park Shin Hye starred in a myriad of hit series such as The Heirs (2013), You're Beautiful (2009), Pinocchio (2014), Stairway to Heaven (2003), Tree of Heaven (2006), Doctors (2016) and Memories of the Alhambra (2018). The former leading lady of Lee Min Ho was even included in the Forbes Korea Celebrity list in 2015 and 2017, wherein she got the 33rd and 12th spots, respectively.

In January, Park Shin Hye shared her experience working on her most recent television project titled Memories of the Alhambra, which also starred Goblin actor Hyun Bin and ChanYeol of EXO. The actress recalled how she and the other cast members and crew had worked hard for seven months just to give fans the show they deserve. Though Shin Hye felt sad that the series had ended already, she admitted that working on the tvN series was also "very refreshing" for her.

When asked about the role that is closest to her heart, the South Korean superstar said it was her character in The Heirs. For starters, Park Shin Hye played as Cha Eun Sang in the 2013 hit television series, which depicted friendships, rivalries and the lives of young heirs. The series also starred Lee Min Ho as Kim Tan, Kim Woo Bin as Choi Young Do, Kang Min Hyuk as Yoo Chan Young, Park Hyung Sik as Jo Myung Soo, Kim Ji Won as Rachel Yoo and Krystal Jung as Lee Bo Na.

"I had a lot of fun filming as Cha Eun Sang in 'Heirs,'" Park Shin Hye revealed during an appearance in the Night of Real Entertainment. "There wasn't a lot of age difference between me and the guys, so I made a lot of great memories," the rumored ex-girlfriend of Lee Min Ho added.

Meanwhile, EXO's Chanyeol unveiled some interesting details about Park Shin Hye when he appeared on Life Bad in February. The 26-year-old South Korean singer-rapper said he thinks the Memories of the Alhambra actress is "really great" at her craft. ChanYeol even shared that Shin Hye treated him like a younger brother.

"I don't have a lot of acting experience, so I hadn't seen this a lot before, but she suddenly cried like how people cry while talking in real life," ChanYeol revealed when asked about Park Shin Hye. "She cried so realistically. She's so good at acting, and I felt as if she were an acting machine," the EXO member added.

There is no denying that, aside from her exemplary acting prowess, the former leading lady of Hyun Bin is also known for being a person with a good heart and treats others well. Stay tuned to Business Times China for the latest news and updates about Park Shin Hye.
