Nevertheless, a lot of people tries to debunk this claim of hers as she is allegedly considering to meet with the rapper for dinner. Hence, the headline, Rihanna is "still not over" Chris Brown. Also, the reports that circulated recently claimed that these statements of hers were made in 2015, which is already (almost) four years ago. And this led many fans to think that RiRi might not be done yet with their bad romance.
But things got even more interesting when Chris Brown left a cryptic comment on Rihanna's Instagram post a few weeks ago. In the comment, the rapper just left a (flushed) emoji that seemingly appears to be a compliment to the superstar. This fired up all over the internet creating a great deal of commotion about Rihanna's provocative Instagram photos with Chris Brown's comments in them. And fans are not loving it.
A few moments after the comments were made, Rihanna shared a few shady Instagram stories that appeared to be a response to the rapper's movements. The said stories professedly suggested of her intent to continue moving forward. And although there may be times that moving forward is not easy, "(but) at least you do not have to go backward," the first story read.
The succeeding posts continued with several Bible verses. And the one that stood out the most is her declaration of faith that she is not giving up her ground. Also, she concluded her story by stating that she will never go back to the hole that God pulled her out of.
Although there is no direct mentioning of Chris Brown's name in these stories and messages, fans believed that this is Rihanna's ultimate response to Chris Brown. Plus, the timing is coincidental, according to Style Caster. So, it is only sensible for the fans to connect the two dots at that time.
And with these remarkable messages from Rihanna, it only goes to show that the rumors about her being still hung up on her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, are all bogus and fake stories.
