Ranked No. 1 of the top 50 female wrestlers in the PWI Female 50 in 2015, Rolling Stone's Diva of the Year in 2015, Teen Choice Awardee with her twin sister as Choice Female Athlete in 2016 and two-time WWE Divas Championship are among her prized accomplishments. But when John Cena came to her life in 2012, she already has a plan in mind, and that is to start a family with him.
Nikki Bella and John Cena had a six-year relationship with different and opposing views on family life. It was already known by the professional wrestler that there are already issues since the early years of their relationship. Artem Chigvintsev is just one lucky guy as Nikki Bella has given more time with him these past few days. Just recently, Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev had a lunch date at Joan's on Third in Los Angeles; they looked to be getting happier each day. The good news is that Nikki Bella's family and even her twin sister approves of her relationship with the dancer as an insider tells that they "knew him before and really like him."
