When divorce strikes in a couple especially for a Hollywood celebrity, things get more complicated with media and other sources putting more color in the issue. Even gossips from last year or a few years back would resurface just to make a headline, even though it has already been debunked or denied by their most reliable reps. With the cases of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, some reporters cannot refrain themselves from thinking what went wrong between two of the most looked-up couples in Hollywood.
Most probably, these sources are just making an image formed from their imagination because they missed a lot from the actors and actress since they haven't heard anything reliable about them aside from the updates of their divorce proceedings.
In the latest Brangelina news, coming from last year, Brad Pitt has resorted himself to a different approach and belief. The Interview with the Vampire star has allegedly changed his religious beliefs to the Jewish mystical beliefs of Kabbalah to "raise his spirits." It was a rumor dated last March 2018 that Brad Pitt will be learning the esoteric method, discipline, and school of thought of Judaism. In those teachings, there is the explanation of the relationship between God, the unchanging, eternal, and mysterious Ein Sof (אֵין סוֹף, "The Infinite"), and the mortal and finite universe (God's creation). It forms the foundation of mystical religious interpretations within Judaism.
Due to the demands of his predicament these past few years, Brad Pitt has allegedly turned to Jewish mysticism to find peace within himself, and this might somehow be an answer to some of his questions. It was also reported that Demi Moore is a primary influencer for this idea and there were gossips that the Ghost star used it to get a chance to "date him."
Obviously, there is no truth to any and all of these gossips. Moreover, there was nothing romantic going on between Brad Pitt and Demi Moore. The truth is that Brad Pitt who has been open and public to his beliefs has since stated that he does not "have a great relationship with religion" and that he "oscillate[s] between agnosticism and atheism."
And the reality of the situation right now with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, specifically what has already been going on with the divorce proceedings is that Pitt and Jolie are negotiating a "bifurcated judgment" of their status as a married couple. Sadly, Mr. and Mrs. Smith stars don't want to be connected anymore to each other and as much as possible would want to be officially declared as single and not legally married.
While they settle up the separation of property and hammer out a permanent custody order which has been taking so long already, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie wanted so badly to move on and spare all the emotional draining caused by the divorce proceedings and start a new chapter of their lives without feeling an excess baggage if they are already declared single. However, the sources of each of them have clarified that Pitt and Jolie have no intention to remarry to another person or by any way not committed to a new relationship.
