The marriage between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth has gone bad. They are reportedly no longer in the honeymoon phase as Cyrus and Hemsworth cannot stop fighting.
A source told OK! that the newlyweds are no longer in the "love bubble" phase of their relationship. The unnamed insider said that it's no longer a bed of roses for Cyrus and Hemsworth because they have had a lot of fights behind closed doors.
The tension stemmed from the fact that Cyrus has gone back to her "wild child" ways. She also recently posted a throwback photo wearing a Jonas Brothers shirt, prompting her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas to comment.
Gossip Cop, however, debunked the story for its inaccuracy. This is not the first time that tabloids have come up with bogus stories about the marriage of Cyrus and Hemsworth.
Five days after the couple exchanged vows, there were reports that the couple is headed for Splitsville. These stories follow the same narrative, too, as Hemsworth is said to be done with taming Cyrus.
Cyrus and Hemsworth, however, have been in a relationship for at least a decade. In an Instagram post last January, the "Can't Be Tamed" singer wrote a long dedication to show her appreciation for her husband on his birthday.
Cyrus detailed how much Hemsworth lets her be herself. She also said that she loves how much they have respect for each other and cited that her husband gives her unconditional love.
The couple met in 2009 on the set of The Last Song. They were barely out of their teens when they got engaged three years later. However, Cyrus and Hemsworth broke up and started dating other people.
In 2015, however, Cyrus and Hemsworth were spotted hanging out together again. During her guest stint on Ellen DeGeneres' show a couple of months later, Cyrus confirmed that she and Hemsworth have gotten re-engaged. Since then, the couple has been living together until they finally made it official in December 2018.
Cyrus told Vanity Fair that they didn't have to get married since their relationship feels the same regardless. It was definitely out of character for the star, who has long professed that she's queer.
However, the coach on The Voice also said that it felt right to go the traditional route and wear a wedding dress to exchange vows with her true love. She wanted to march down the aisle and be bound in marriage because that's what they both felt in their hearts.
