Pokemon Go Summer Tour 2019 is crossing the globe as it invades and brings forth the excitement too three different continents this year.
The Pokémon Company International together with Niantic, the company behind the successful Pokemon Go finally announced the official itinerary for the Pokemon Summer Tour 2019. In their quest to pursue their real-world events reaching out to Pokemon trainers across the globe, they will be invading three continents in a row; U.S., Europe, and Asia.
For the third time this year, Pokemon goes back to Chicago as their first stop for the Pokemon Go Summer Tour 2019. Chicago's Grant Park which has witnessed the first ever Pokemon Go Quest will once again be filled with fun and excitement from June 13-16 for a four-day catch with trainers and players coming from different parts of the US and probably other countries.
The Pokemon Go Fest expanded the Chicago event this year to four days from two days in 2018 promising a wider variety of Pokemon to catch and more exciting interactions with the physical installations and exclusive activities on a spacious 300-land of attractions and landmarks. Tickets will be available before the end of this month at the Pokemon app through a special all-Niantic ticketing system.
Europe will be Pokemon Go Summer Tour 2019's next stop. Dortmund Germany's Pokémon Go Safari Zone in 2018 will now be Pokémon GO Fest: Dortmund. The Westfalenpark will be the Trainers' hub from July 4 to July 7 for a four-day event filled with interaction with local attractions as well as exploration on Dortmund's cultural history.
Just like the US tour, Pokemon Go Summer Tour 2019 has also been extended from a two-day European event in 2018. Tickets for the Pokemon GO Fest: Dortmund will be available later this spring. The team created their own dedicated website to make it easier for European Trainers and guest from around the world to access the details on the Dortmund event.
Finally, Pokemon Go Summer Tour 2019 plans to invade the continent of Asia for their last stop. Details, however, have not been disclosed about the venue as well as the dates for the Pokemon Asian invasion.
Trainers who will not have the privilege to attend any of the three Pokemon Go Summer Tour 2019 events will still get a chance to join the fun. A global goal of unlocking rewards and overcome special challenges will be open to Trainers across the globe.
