But the question is, does she know everything? Her claim is very intriguing and left fans wondering, is it possible that it is all just a bluff? Or, she has reasons why she's claiming this?
First, it's worth noting Liz isn't even actively looking for clues about the real identity of Reddington right now. The last time viewers saw her doing that was the time before he almost died through lethal injection. It's also possible Ressler has done his research and gave the information Liz was previously looking for.
However, Ressler is currently more on the path of Katarina. So, how does he gather all the information that fast, especially if he's more focused on other things? But then, Liz might also be claiming she knows everything about Reddington because of leverage.
It can be noted she is feeling a lot of pressure now and telling him about the betrayal. Possibly, Liz is only trying to claim she knows everything just to keep the result less severe on her over the secrets. But then, Reddington could kill her before she could even tell everyone about these secrets.
In another part of The Blacklist season 6 episode 18, Dominic "Dom" Wilkinson returns in this episode, making viewers think if he's one of the most important characters within the series. He's a smart guy and knows how to keep secrets, and there are some questions about his relationship with Reddington.
Dom probably knows Reddington isn't really whom he claims to be, but then, how much does he know beyond this? What's interesting about the character's return in The Blacklist season 6 episode 18 is that it comes amid Ressler's search for information on Dom's daughter Katarina - wherein he makes a discovery about her past.
Aside from those happenings, The Blacklist season 6 episode 18 will also show how the Task Force will be drawn into the investigation of an old case, which has notoriety because of a popular true crime podcast.
