Read At Your Own Risk: This article contains spoilers for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 20.
The end is near and everybody's gearing up for the finale of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 20. And based on the official trailer for the finale episode, it seems that things will be much more intense now that Rob Miller is hunting down Benson.
As you may know, Rob Miller first entered the plot in the last few episodes of the show. With his cunning mind and powerful name, Benson has finally met her ultimate nemesis for the season.
When Miller introduced himself as a threat to Benson and the rest of the department, he was immediately sent behind bars. But while everyone thought that everything was already settled, the latest episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 20 showed Miller's apparent return to take down Benson.
If you would recall, Rob Miller revealed that he has something on Benson that could jeopardize and end her career. Although the details of this threat have not been revealed yet, it seems Benson is already worried about this. And when Miller bailed out from prison, obviously, his first and only agenda is to plot his revenge on Benson.
Previously on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 20, the episode titled, Assumptions, showed the overall disappointment, fear, and dismay that Benson felt upon learning Miller's return. And what even more scared her was when he introduced himself to her son as they eat out during one lunchtime.
This movement made by Rob Miller is a very obvious message of threat to Benson's and her family's life. So when an opportunity arises to take him down, she would definitely grab it and end the mascarade once and for all.
As it happens, this opportunity is set to knock on the finale of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 20 titled, Endgame. From the title itself, it already shows the possible tone of the final episode. But to whose endgame it will be, there are a lot of possibilities that could happen. And whether it will be on Miller's or Benson's end, the only way to know is to watch the upcoming episode of the show.
There are no definite theories as well that could hint what will happen next. In fact, there is a huge chance that things might not fall into place for Benson considering that a new season is already on the way for the show. Even so, the fandom is expecting a great finale from Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 20 on May 16, on NBC.
