Mortal Kombat 11 new DLC characters will be revealed this week, as announced by series creator and all-around fighting game legend Ed Boon in his official Twitter account. One character, Shang Tsung, a villain of the franchise, was already said to be one of the DLC characters and it is expected that 6 more will be announced.
For months it has been known that Mortal Kombat 11 will open doors to new characters that will arrive as DLC or in download format. Unfortunately, fans still do not know who they will be and when it will be announced, but it seems that this is about to change as Boon made a post on Twitter that ignited the fans' hype. The twitter post says that if everything goes well in the next few days, the characters who will arrive as DLC to the latest instalment of Mortal Combat will finally be known.
Boon didn't reveal any more details on the subject and leaves fans anticipating the launch and wanting to know what will have to happen to make this announcement, how they will announce it, where will they announce or exactly what day the announcement will take place.
Mortal Kombat 11, the new installment of the legendary and brutal saga of Netherealm was announced during The Game Awards 2018 gala and can be played on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. This new installment is characterized by its high levels of gore and new levels of bestiality in both fatalities and brutalities.
