Avid followers of the Song-Song couple were even bothered when the Full House actress, allegedly, deleted some of her photos with Joong Ki on her official Instagram page. This, according to reports, were signs that something bad is going on in their marriage.
On Saturday, Hiptoro published another plagiarized story titled "Are Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo getting divorced?" The outlet took time to circulate the news even after the respective talent agencies of Joong Ki and Hye Kyo have, already, debunked the divorce rumors. Earlier this month, Business Times even shared that these split reports are fabricated and baseless. Even Sina, which is the Chinese media outlet that first published a story about the alleged divorce plans of the Song-Song couple, has corrected its previous claim and stated that everything is fine between them.
Song Joong Ki, in a recent statement, even revealed that Song Hye Kyo has been very supportive of him on his upcoming television comeback. "Song Hye Kyo is also a fan of the two writers and the director," the Arthdal Chronicles star stated. "This is my first drama in a long time, but she supported me by saying 'Do well by focusing until the end' and so it's thanks to her that I was able to finish it well," Joong Ki added on.
In other words, publishing another story about Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's alleged divorce plans is useless and unnecessary. Fans of the Descendants of the Sun lead stars, previously, attacked the outlets that continue to make an issue about the Song-Song couple's relationship.
Meanwhile, fans of Song Joong Ki celebrated his official return to the small screens on Saturday, June 1, when his latest new drama series, Arthdal Chronicles, finally, premiered after several months of waiting. We love you so much. #ArthdalChronicles," another avid follower of the actor wrote.
For starters, Arthdal Chronicles focuses on the power struggles between tribes in ancient times. Aside from Joong Ki, Kim Ok Bin, Kim Ji Won, and Jang Dong Gun are also part of the new tvN show.
