The infamous divorce of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux is among the most-talked-about splits in the history of Hollywood. The former wife of Brad Pitt and The Leftovers star first met on the set of Tropic Thunder in 2007 and were first spotted together dining at The Town Bar in the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood sometime in May 2011. Initially,  fans thought that Jen and Justin were endgame but, clearly, the actress' second shot at love did not work as planned.

On February 15, 2018, Jen and Justin announced their decision to divorce. "This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year," the former couple stated in a joint statement. "We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship," they added.

A few months after their separation announcement, the ex-lovers were rumored to be dating again. Jennifer Aniston is said to be seeing Brad Pitt while Justin Theroux is rumored to be hitting on Emma Stone. Rumors about the Just Go With It actress plotting sweet revenge for her former lover have, also, made rounds online.

Just recently, Woman's Day claimed that Jen is still working on her "payback" against Justin after the latter was linked to her close pal, Emma. An unnamed tipster, reportedly, told the publication that Brad's former wife thought Justin was trying to hurt her by pursuing the Easy A star.

In a previous article, the same outlet stated that there were "sparks" between Justin Theroux and Emma Stone when they were sighted together. This, according to reports, did not sit well with Jennifer Aniston to the point that she, supposedly, wanted to "destroy" her former life partner. It was said that Jen was to trash him on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

However, Gossip Cop was quick to debunk the rumors. The fact-checking entertainment news outlet stated that Jennifer is not plotting anything against Justin. It even said that there is no valid reason for the Mystery Murder actress to "destroy" her ex-husband since they ended their relationship harmoniously.

The outlet added that the never-ending dating rumors hounding Justin Theroux and Emma Stone are not even true since they are just platonic friends who both appeared in Maniac and are, currently, brand ambassadors for Louis Vuitton. Aside from the fact that Emma treats Jennifer Aniston's former husband like a brother, the La La Land actress is also happily dating Dave McCary.

Gossip Cop noted that several tabloids have been spreading lies about Jennifer and Justin since they decided to end their marriage. Hence, avid followers of the ex-pair should only believe in the stories published by trusted and reliable news outfits.
