Jimmy Butler is now ready to join Miami Heat, rejecting the $190 million offer from the Sixers. Butler decided to join the heat came months after the 76ers gave up Robert Covington and Dario Saric in a midseason trade for the forward as they hope that he signs up and join them in the team.

The trade never happened despite the massive offer for the basketball veteran. Kyle Neubeck of PhillyVoice and Tom Haberstroh of NBC Sports reported that the Sixers is willing to pay a full max deal of five years to Butler amounting to $190 million. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the offer is a year longer and worth $48 million more than the four-year, $142 million deal Butler will get from the Heat.

Butler and the rest of the team fought strongly against the Raptors, but the forward decided to leave the team for the next season. The team played well with Butler, and it is tough to lose a layer like him. Butler will be replaced by the rising player Josh Richardson through the sign-and-trade with the Miami Heat. Tobias Harris re-joined the team and they also added Al Horford in free agency.

The starting five of the Sixers will include the tough players Ben Simmons, Richardson, Harris, Horford and Joel Embiid. The team will have the largest starting five in the league. The new members will bring a terrifying defensive presence and a strong team culture.

The trade between the Heat and Sixers shocked the NBA. According to Wojnarowski, the Sixers and Heat have reportedly roped in the Portland Trail Blazers and Los Angeles Clippers to turn the deal into a wide-ranging four-team trade. It is, however, certain that Butler will join the Heat and Richardson will be going with Philadelphia. Miami heat is planning to trade Hassan Whiteside to the Trail Blazers. The team will also make their first-round pick to the Clippers. The Blazers will give Meyers Leonard to Miami, and Moe Harkless will join the Clippers.

According to the original report, Butler is traded to Miami in a three-team sign and trade deal involving Sixers and Dallas Mavericks. Josh Richardson will join the Sixers after emerging as the Heat's leading player in the recent season. Dallas Mavericks wants Kelly Olynyk and Derrick Jones Jr, but the presence of Goran Dragic and Jones prevents the trade. According to reports, Miami reached out to Dragic's camp to explain that they are trying to trade him to secure the trade with Butler.
