Though full of potential, the benefits of chlorophyll water isn't supported by science yet, it may have several benefits, but experts emphasized there are still toxic risks that could pose risks in the body.

For people who are brave enough to see and experience the benefits itself, Oregon State University recommends only a dose of 100 to 300 milligrams of chlorophyllin a day. Consuming more than the required amount could cause digestive problems and discoloration of the tongue, urine, and feces.
