But did you know that a recent study proves that exercising can make you feel happier than money? So if you want to boost your feelings and add positivity in your life, experts advise keeping your body busy.

The researchers behind the study, which was published in The Lancet, were able to generate their findings after collecting and studying the mental mood and physical behavior of about 1.2 million Americans. During their research, they've asked several questions from the participants regarding their mental health and physical activities.

The results of the study revealed the link between exercising and the increase in the number of days people can be happy. According to the study, those who invest their time in exercise tend to have a more positive and happier outlook in life than those who do not by an average of 18 days more.

Another thing that the researchers found is the level of satisfaction that physically active people achieve. The results of the research reveal those who are active are as happy, satisfied, and contented as much as those who earn about $25,000 more per year, according to Business Insider.
