The expectations are high for Power Season 6 as this will be Ghost's (Omari Hardwick) final battle. The show's social media team perfectly builds hype around the series as fans now anticipate what will be its storyline's greatest game-changing twist.

The show's official Instagram page dropped a major teaser, featuring Joe Proctor (Jerry Ferrara). By the looks of it, he seems to mess with Ghost. "Will Proctor stay true to Ghost?" the caption read.

This scene just teased how intense Power Season 6 would be. After what happened in the previous season, loyalty is only a word for everyone. An all out war is about to ensue between the two former best friends, per SOHH.

The last and final season would make things more intense with the coming of Mary J. Blige. Executive producer 50 Cent and show creator Courtney Kemp announced the 48-year-old star's arrival on the show.

Kemp said it was a dream come true to have Blige on Power Season 6. 50 Cent, on the other hand, said he had to bring something big to the show; thus, he added the "Family Affair" hitmaker. However, it remains to be seen what role she is going to play.

From being the best of friends, Ghost and Tommy turned to be the worst enemies in the previous season. Tommy shot Ghost, but Angela (Lela Loren) caught the bullet instead by trying to protect the latter.

Nothing could stop Ghost from going after Tommy. So, Power Season 6 would be all about revenge. Starz recently dropped the show's trailer called "Betrayal."

Ghost would surely let Tommy pay for the betrayal he did. For Ghost, "success would be the best revenge." He would try his best to achieve these two and prove to everyone that he could make it, per BlackFilm.

Ghost would try to get the Queens Child Project built to make Rainai's (Donshea Hopkins) legacy and attain a lifestyle with no criminal activities. Ghost's battle to have a peaceful life seems to be more dangerous now. Although the Feds is now close to convincing him, Ghost should stay vigilant to those people who want to take him down because of his past and criminal activities.

Hardwick returns to Power Season 6 along with Lela Loren, Naturi Naughton, Joseph Sikora, Rotimi, Alani "La La" Anthony, Jerry Ferrara, Shane Johnson, Michael Rainey Jr., and Larenz Tate. Evan Handler, Michael J. Ferguson, Monique Gabriela Curnen, Mike Dopud, and Cynthia Addai - Robinson will also be seen in the series.

Power Season 6 is set to be out on Sunday, Aug. 25 on Starz. It can also be seen on the Starz App and Starz on Demand. The Final Betrayal will have an extended 15 episodes.
