Just a few days ago, one of Taylor Swift’s most daring interviews in recent times have circulated all over the media. And quite obviously, many people have a lot to say about her and her thoughts. But aside from revealing two titles of singles from her upcoming album, Lover, the ME! Singer shared a lot of raw and bold thoughts about sexism and politics.

In her latest interview with Vogue for the September Issue, she continued talking about her latest advocacies. And as it happened, she also shared the actual “sexism” that is currently happening in the music industry.

According to Taylor Swift, she concedes that she did not see it when she first entered the industry. But when upon getting around, creating music that “filled stadiums,” she saw the truth. And the most apparent one is the terrifying “gender pay gap” in the music industry.

She explained that she just realized this matter. And the reason behind that she did not “understand” sexism in the music industry is because she was a kid back then. But when she grew and became a “woman,” she finally understood and saw everything as explained by Business Insider

Taylor has always been known as a sweet and innocent singer. She has been quite silent about matters like these. So, when she started changing the tone of her thoughts and advocacies, a lot of people reacted in different ways. And as per reports, she is becoming “socially-engaged” these days for marketing and advertising her upcoming album.

A few months after 2018 has ended, Taylor Swift broke her silence upon "endorsing” two Democratic Tennessee candidates, Phil Bredesen, and Jim Cooper. And recently, she has released a very controversial single, You Need To Calm Down, where she largely emphasized her advocacy of supporting the LGBTQ community.

Accordingly, it is no surprise that Taylor is now becoming more active and serious when it comes to her “newfound” advocacies. But while her fans have remained loyal and supportive of her, she did not obtain the support of everyone.

Upon the release of her latest interview, Kid Rock immediately took his thoughts to Twitter. And according to his tweet, Taylor Swift simply "wants to be a Democrat" because she wants to be in the film industry. He even claimed that this is the “oldest move” in the book and ended with a seemingly sarcastic “good luck” to the Lover artist.

While many agree to Kid Rock’s statements, Patton Oswalt and Chrissy Teigen called him out on the same social media platform shortly after publishing his tweet. And as per Teigen, Kid Rock is “pathetic,” (period).
