The Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo divorce broke the hearts of many fans all around the globe. The former couple's split was finalized just last month after an arbitration was held at the Seoul Family Court. The Descendants of the Sun stars have reached an agreement and are legally divorced now.

A Seoul Family Court insider refused to share details of the arbitration. However, previous reports claimed that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo split without settlement money nor division of property.

"Actress Song Hye Kyo's divorce was finalized today (July 22) at the Seoul Family Court. We inform you that the arbitration procedure was completed with both sides agreeing on a divorce without alimony or division of property," the Full House actress' agency United Artists Agency (UAA) said in a statement. The camp of Song Joong Ki, however, has remained silent about it up to this writing.

Now that the love story of the Song-Song couple is over, avid followers of the ex-lovers are curious about their whereabouts. Song Joong Ki, according to reports, has been keeping himself busy since he announced his decision to divorce from Song Hye Kyo. As a matter of fact, while suffering from the stress caused by his public split, the 33-year-old Hallyu star focused on working for his imminent new film titled Victory.

The upcoming science-fiction movie is said to be South Korea's first space-themed flick with a budget of, approximately, $17 million. Song Joong Ki is set to portray the role of Tae Ho, who is a pilot of the space ship named Victory. Aside from Song Hye Kyo's ex-lover, other personalities to appear in the new movie include Jin Seon Kyu, Kim Tae Ri, and Yoo Hae Jin.

The camera has started rolling on July 3 for the forthcoming Victory movie. It would be the first movie of Song Joong Ki in three years since his mandatory military service in Aug. 2013. The upcoming new film of Song Hye Kyo's former partner is scheduled to premiere in 2020.

Song Hye Kyo, for her part, just made another contribution in honor of the National Liberation Day of Korea and the 100th anniversary of the Provisional Government of Korea. The ex-ladylove of Song Joong Ki, reportedly, worked together with Professor Seo Kyung Duk to donate a total of 10,000 copies of a guidebook to a Chongqing museum. The said compendium contains the history details of the Provisional Government of Korea in Chinese and Korean languages.

"This is the 17th time that Song Hye Kyo and I have donated guidebooks. I'm really happy that she is setting an example as a Hallyu star for how to represent her country," Professor Seo revealed in a statement. The Encounter actress is also an avid supporter of Korean education and helps provide Korean language services to some museums worldwide.
