Apple hasn't released iOS 13 yet, which is still being beta tested, but the company has already seeded the first beta of iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 to developers for testing purposes.
Apple has also sent out invites for the upcoming iPhone launch, which means that we're getting so close to the release date of the iOS 13 Gold Master build. The Cupertino tech giant has a habit of announcing the release date of its upcoming software on its keynote, but this one seems to take a different turn.
So, the biggest question now is, when is the iOS 13 GM rolling out? According to WCCFTech, we can expect the announcement on Sept. 10. The GM build should give us a preview of what the final build is like. If there are no bugs, then the GM would be released to consumers as is. You can check the device compatibility by going here.
Another question we have to address is the release date of the final build for the iOS 13. Last year, iOS 12 was released on Sept. 17, which was a week after the GM was seeded to developers. The release date was announced on Sept 12.
If we follow Apple's schedule last year, we estimate the final build should arrive on Sept. 16. We're just guessing here, so expect some changes since Apple could potentially run into hiccups or makes a change of plans. The company is known for surprises, but all should be cleared outcome their event this September.
As of writing, iOS 13 GM is made available for devs, but public beta testers also get the chance to tinker with the software. Every Apple user who has a compatible device is pretty much looking forward for the final build of the iOS 13 GM. But in the many betas Apple and other companies have released, there should be bugs, which isn't really a bad thing, by the way. This is one way of checking for flaws, so when the final build arrives, we'll experience the best version of the iOS 13.
