Fans are enraged over a news headline that compared former 2NE1 vocalist Park Bom to an adult doll. BLACKJACKs, the fandom of 2NE1 members, called out the headline for comparing the singer to a real doll, a term used in Korea to refer to the adult toy.

Fans have started to trend #DemonstratingAgainstTheSaleofSexDolls on Twitter to object to the sale and distribution of these items. They also defended Park Bom, whom a reporter compared to an adult doll during an event.

While the post has since been deleted, fans have already screenshot and spread the image to declare their disgust over the disrespectful comparison. The headline of the article written by Kim Jung In translates to: 'Park Bom' The strong feeling of a real doll, reported Koreaboo.

Fans from all over the world also trended the hashtag #rapedollout and expressed their strong support for the former 2NE1 member.

"This treatment for (Park) Bom are no longer surprising me. Most of y'all never really care. This treatment for women is getting more & more worse than before!!" a fan responded, encouraging netizens to use the hashtags to call for respect for all women.

While there has been no response from Park Bom yet, it has recently been reported that she and her fellow 2NE1 member Sandara Park are planning something special for their fans after a super K-Pop concert scheduled at the Philippine Arena last September 21 was postponed.

According to Sandara, she and Park Bom were actually very excited to perform for their Filipino fans and already took the time to rehearse despite their busy schedules before the cancellation was announced. However, despite the postponement of the event to a yet undisclosed date, the duo said that they did not want to disappoint their supporters.

In a recent post, Sandara said that she would be uploading a vlog sometime this October to share what she and Park Bom prepared for the concert if it went ahead with the schedule. She assured that both she and Park Bom are excited to meet the BLACKJACKs soon.

According to a report by ABS-CBN, the event that was marketed as a 2019 K-Pop Super Concert, which was expected to feature K-Pop acts like Winner, AB6IX, Mamamoo and Oh My Girl. FilAm Kriesha Chu and Park Bom were also slated to perform while Sandara was booked as the event's host.

Based on the announcement of organizer, the CEO of Phil Kor 301 and Korean promoter of the event opted to postpone the event because of internal problems.
