How to Get Away with Murder season 6 will be the final installment of the series. While this is a bittersweet feeling, series' boss has promised to deliver a "satisfying" ending and it will answer all mysterious deaths within the show, leaving no cliffhanger in the show's final run.

In a report via TV Guide, showrunner Pete Nowalk said he was able to craft an ending that would not leave anyone in a "lurch." He promised that How to Get Away with Murder season 6 will answer all questions -- particularly the mysterious deaths throughout the series' run.

Nowalk told the outlet they're going to try to answer as many questions as they can, particularly when it comes to the storyline and other mysteries surrounding the series. The showrunner also said they put fans and viewers who have kept watching them on a roller coaster.

For instance, when the series has answered something, there'll be another cliffhanger. But when it comes to How to Get Away with Murder season 6, the series will give answers and no cliffhanger will follow. Perhaps, the biggest question now is the title itself; can they really get away with murder?

If so, what would it take for them and the people they love? Some of them may confess and will not continue covering murder after murder, but others could also kill again just to keep their secrets. The showrunner also teased there'll definitely be one death, if not more, this season.

For instance, while Amirah Vann returns as Tegan Prince, there were speculations her character might not be making it through to How to Get Away with Murder season 6. The actress' character has been teased to die before the series ends.

Meanwhile, in another report from TVLine, Nowalk also said that How to Get Away with Murder season 6 will tie up all the series' loose ends. Some of these include whereabouts of Lauren, the investigation of the FBI, and the new mystery that will kick off in the final installment.

"Within that, there will be certain things where I want people's imaginations to do the work," Nowalk added.

How to Get Away with Murder follows law professor Annalise Keating (Viola Davis). She, as well as her five students, got involved in a murder mystery and studied how to get away with it. The ABC series has won several awards over the past years, and fans are excited to see what the series could offer in its final run.
