President Donald Trump is giving his support to Queen Elizabeth following reports that her grandson, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle, are stepping back as senior members of the royal family. The President of the United States shared what he really thinks about this decision, which some royal observers dubbed as MegXit.

During an interview with Fox News, Trump said that he feels sad for what is happening to Queen Elizabeth. The president further stated that he doesn't think she deserves what is currently happening in the royal household. He opined that the Queen has "never made a mistake" and "had a flawless time" that he has so much respect for her.

Reports said that Queen Elizabeth was deeply upset after Prince Harry and Meghan made their announcement on Jan. 8. The Sussex royals will be having a meeting with Her Majesty on Monday, Jan. 13, along with Prince Charles and Prince William.

In their decision to step back, Prince Harry and Meghan said that they would like to be released from the Sovereign Grant to be financially independent. They also want to be removed from the royal rota to manage their own press and media releases.

Meghan, however, won't be personally in attendance at the crisis meeting as she is currently in Canada with her son, Archie Harrison. She will, however, be on the telephone while Prince Harry talks face-to-face with Prince William, Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth.

The Sussex royals also said that they would like to spend half their time balancing between London and Canada as they raise their son. A royal aide said that Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and Kensington Palace, along with the U.K. and Canadian governments, are doing negotiations but nothing has been ruled out or confirmed just yet.

But, sources now say that Meghan would eventually like to live in Los Angeles as well but only after Trump's presidency is over. Friends of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed to the Daily Mail that Los Angeles is actually the ultimate dream

Prince Harry and Meghan plan to set up an office where they can run and manage their royal brand and charities. While Canada might be her second home while she worked on her TV show, Meghan actually grew up in Los Angeles and was exposed to the business of Hollywood early on.

Meghan is staunch democrat who have said things against Trump before she married Prince Harry. She called the president "divisive" and misogynistic" and threw her support for his opponent, Hillary Clinton, during the elections.

Sources said that this Los Angeles plan is not the immediate plan but it's their long-term goal. Apparently, Prince Harry and Meghan would like to, eventually, divide their time between their planned first residence, U.S.A., and their second home in Canada.
