Queen Elizabeth is said to be on edge and anxious about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming return to England. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to be in London for Commonwealth Day on March 9.

Sources told Us Weekly that Queen Elizabeth has been mentally preparing herself for this big day. Her one hope for Prince Harry and Meghan's return is that members of the royal family won't "obstruct" the aspirations of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

It was Queen Elizabeth who personally requested Prince Harry and Meghan to fly back to England for Commonwealth Day this March. The Sussex pair have been enjoying their quiet life in Vancouver, Canada, since leaving London in January. Sources said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are happier and more relaxed away from the royal spotlight; thus, they do not have any regrets about stepping back from their royal duties.

It's unclear, however, why Queen Elizabeth is anxious over Prince Harry and Meghan's return. Reports revealed that Prince Harry did not leave London in good terms with his brother, Prince William. Some insiders, however, said that the brothers have been talking more often than before now that they live apart.

Another source told Daily Mail that Prince Harry can be more sensitive and emotional. He takes everything personally and has been described as impulsive compared to his older brother.

Prince William is the more level-headed brother, and he deals with his emotions better than Prince Harry. He is described as a logical thinker who likes talking through his problems with Kate.

But when Prince Harry and Meghan announced their intention to leave the royal family, Prince William was reportedly "incandescent" over the blindside. Insiders said that he was devastated by Prince Harry's choice and felt that he had to stop putting his arm around his little brother as they are now separate entities.

Regardless of their issues, Queen Elizabeth asked the royal family, the brothers specifically, to set aside their differences and have a united front when Prince Harry and his wife return. The royal family is expected to be together during the Commonwealth service at Westminster Abbey.

Commonwealth Day is a day of observance across one billion people in the Commonwealth of Nations led by the United Kingdom. Last year, the theme for the celebration was "A Connected Commonwealth," and for 2020, the focus is on "Delivering a Common Future: Connecting, Innovating, Transforming."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are the president and the vice-president of the Queen's Commonwealth Trust.
