Queen Elizabeth II has been noted as the royal who currently experiences most of the stresses and challenges of the British Monarchy. It is only logical, though, considering that she is the head of the Royal Family.

But, despite all the controversies that the family has been facing in recent months, sources from different publications shared that the monarch has been in "full support" of all the members of the Royal Family, especially Prince William and Kate Middleton. As it happened, the Cambridge couple had a quick break from their duties just a few days ago.

According to Us Weekly, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent a 5-day "vacation" with their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. While details have been scarce regarding their brief getaway, it was said that the couple decided to step back a bit from their busy schedules to be with their kids.

Some sources explained that the Duke and Duchess found their break, from February 17 to 21, suitable. This is because their kids had a short break as well from their school. Accordingly, Prince William and Kate Middleton reportedly took advantage of their family's schedule.

In a report released recently by Closer Weekly, several insiders shared that Queen Elizabeth II highly "supports" the Cambridge couple's decision to spend time with their kids on the said break. Aside from the fact that they all value spending quality time with their family, it was also said that the Queen found it only fitting since it has been very challenging for all of them, especially on the Cambridges' part, after the Sussex couple decided to step down and quit the royal life for good.

The publication then pointed out that it is not surprising why Queen Elizabeth II gave her blessing to the future King and Queen Consort in terms of their sudden break. This comes after the monarch reportedly supports Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's decision to step down as senior members of the Royal Family, and live outside the Monarchy.

Since the Sussex couple's "bombshell" announcement, they have been living a "low-key" life in Canada. But, amid all the criticisms and objections that they have been receiving from the public, Queen Elizabeth II has been said to give her full support to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

After the crisis talks in Sandringham last month, the Queen released an official statement confirming the couple's imminent exit. In her speech, several reports emphasized that the Queen made it known to the public that she already gave her blessing to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
