President Donald Trump revealed that he talks to his youngest son, Barron Trump, about coronavirus. During a White House press briefing, the U.S. Commander-in-Chief said that he told his son the situation is bad but the U.S. will have the best-case scenario.

The press asked Trump about how he is talking to his own family about the pandemic, especially with his 13-year-old boy. With so many living in fear and anxiety, the president agreed that everyone is scared.

He shared that Barron did ask him about coronavirus. But, he promised his teenager that they are working towards solutions that will not make America the worst case.

Currently, 4,727 cases have been recorded in America. Of these numbers, 93 have died while 74 have recovered from the virus. The situation is a lot worse in Italy with 27,980 cases and rising. Some 2,158 have died while 2,749 have recovered, according to the World-O-Meter coronavirus tracker.

Trump is confident that the people in his government are doing a very professional job in dealing with this pandemic. The federal government has been coordinating with the governors, mayors, and FEMA. He assured the public that America has the greatest experts in the world and he's optimistic that life will return to normal as the pandemic dies down.

According to the New York Post, President Trump is optimistic that the COVID-19 outbreak will be over by July or August. However, experts have not made a projection as the most important thing right now is to put a stop to the virus.

Several cities in the United States have enforced its own lockdowns to slow down the spread of the virus. New York's mayor ordered that all bars, cafes, and restaurants must be closed effective immediately, expect for takeaway or delivery orders. He also ordered closure of thousands of theaters, cinemas, clubs and concert venues.

In Los Angeles, the mayor also issued an order to close entertainment and recreational establishments until March 31. Gyms are also going to be on lockdown during the same duration since it's teeming with people and equipment susceptible for the virus to thrive. As with New York, L.A. restaurants may operate but for takeout and deliveries only. Groceries and supermarkets, as well as pharmacies, shall remain open for basic essentials.

Other states like Illinois, Massachusetts, and Ohio are following suit. Health officials told the public to practice social distancing. Some states are also enforcing a ban on gatherings with a set number of people.
