Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were once married for almost five years. They never had a child during those years. At that time, there were rumors that it was because Aniston doesn't want kids. That allegation has been denied by the Friends actress herself.  But the truth is, she may still want to have a child on her own.

In the past months since Brad and Aniston sparked dating rumors again, there were also speculations that the ex-spouses are planning to adopt a child together. There were reports that they are planning to adopt a baby from a Mexican orphanage.

Life & Style also published a story that Pitt and Aniston were about to bring home a baby girl and they are naming her after Brad's best friend, George Clooney. Then earlier this month, NW speculated that the ex-couple were adopting to, allegedly, give Pitt's 13-year-old daughter Shiloh a baby sister.

Aside from the rumored adoption plans, there was also speculation that Aniston opted to undergo an in vitro fertilization procedure to have a baby. All were outrageous claims that were debunked already.

The truth on the matter is that Brad and Jen are not planning, or even thinking about, adopting a child together because in the first place they are not back together. While they have rekindled their friendship, they are not romantically involved with each other.

As for having a baby, The Morning Show actress said in an interview in December 2008 that she would be going to have children in the future. A decade later, Aniston had a change of heart and admitted that she found the concept of motherhood "kind of frightening."

However, Jen seems to have changed views about motherhood again. In Sandra Bullock's interview with Aniston for Interview Magazine last month, Bullock asked the Murder Mystery actress if there is something about her career or personal life that she hasn't done yet but is looking forward to doing.

"It's not so much what I see myself doing, but it's more like a little screenshot in my brain, where I hear the ocean, I see the ocean, I hear laughter, I see kids running, I hear ice in a glass, I smell food being cooked," she said.

Jen's response was quite vague to assume that she sees herself being a mom. Nonetheless, if ever it was a hint that she's planning to have kids in the future, it may not necessarily be with Brad Pitt.
