Manchester United players are among the players who find themselves in isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic. And while other people are trying to figure out how to keep themselves busy. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has some instructions to his boys while on break - work on their finishers.

Before play was halted, the Red Devils were running fifth in the Premier League table. Unable to guide or tell them himself, Solskjaer gave his players a programme to stay in sync. To help them out, the 47-year-old told his players to work on their games with the help of their partners/ wives according to a post on the team's official website.

"The players have got individual programmes and they've got their own diets, of course, and this period could be used to work on something special, something specific for them and their roles and tasks," Solskjaer said.

Solskjaer is aware that he and the team face a lot of uncertainty despite the Premier League vowing that it will finish the season. For now, he keeps in touch with his players using technology. They interact through WhatsApp, the only feasible way to interact right now with most advised to stay in their homes.

“I just keep in touch with them on WhatsApp groups and messages, and we plan for whenever we get back and what kind of sessions for when we do start. But it’s such an unknown and we don’t really have an idea and are not 100 percent about when we'll start," he said.

The Premier League previously said that they intended to finish this season before starting a new one. The only problem with that is that they failed to set a deadline. It was a concern raised by Harry Kane of Tottenham who believed a feasible deadline to restart would be June. Going beyond that would be risky, likely referring to the fact that tweaks need to be made for the remainder of the season.

There are a lot of things up in the air with Kane and Solskjaer practically helpless on what to expect. The number of people getting infected and succumbing to the coronavirus pandemic continue to rise, a reason why most are advised to stay indoors. A cure has yet to come out and specialists are working double time for a vaccine which normally takes a year to come up with. Given the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, most are keeping their fingers crossed for a cure to come out soon, Consumer Reports reported.
