EXO's Baekhyun recently opened up about the type of girl that he would like to date and surprised fans with his unique taste.
According to a report by Koreaboo, because Baaekhyun is well-loved for his vocal range and his playful manner, fans naturally assumed that he would like his potential girlfriend to be sweet and funny as well.
With his comeback right around the corner, EXO-Ls have unearthed an old interview where the talented singer confessed about his ideal type.
Physically, Baekhyun said that he preferred petite girls who have nice skin and round features. He also said that he doesn't consider it a requirement for a girl to be as chatty or as bubbly as him. He said that he is more interested in women who pay attention to him and laugh at his jokes.
Baekhyun also admitted to appreciating a challenge and said he prefers women who showed a different side from time to time.
"I'd prefer if they weren't that nice and knew how to play hard-to-get when appropriate," he said.
His statements caused a lot of fans to volunteer to be his girlfriend, promising that they fit Baekhyun's requirements.
Currently, Baekhyun is preparing for his solo comeback as a follow up to his successful solo debut last year.In a recent post, he shared his promotional schedule as well as the schedule of teaser releases from May 12 to May 25.
Baekhyun, whose solo album, Delight will drop on May 25 already released some sizzling photo concepts for his new material.
Baekhyun's solo album comes after Suho's recent release of his solo album Self Portrait which was released a month before his upcoming military enlistment. This led fans to believe that Baekhyun will be the next member to report for training, All Kpop reported.
EXO members are focusing on solo projects this year as four of the remaining six active members are expected to report for mandatory enlistment this 2020. Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and Chen, who are part of EXO's 91 and 92 liners are expected to fulfill their duty to the country soon and leave fans with solo album s before enlisting. Baekyun turned 28 just last week.
Meanwhile, EXO's eldest member Xiumin is expected to be discharged in December 2020, to be followed by DO, who will complete his service on January 2021.
Apart from Baekhyun's solo album, he also collaborated with BOL4 for the song Leo which was one of the top-ranking songs in Korean real-time charts, battling it out for the No.1 spot against IU's collaboration with Suga for the song Eight.
