Samsung is busy preparing for its Unpacked Event this August, an occasion which most know will be centered on the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Most are expecting three variants of the latest Samsung phablet but it appears there could be more devices getting launched by then. Among them possibly include the latest Samsung Galaxy tablets, Samsung Watch and the much-rumored Samsung Galaxy foldable phones.
Before delving into the other products, all eyes will be on the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. So far, three variants of the phablet are expected. That includes the Samsung Galaxy Note 20+ and the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. It is almost certain that folks will get to see the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is launched. However, it remains to be seen if the two other variants will be ready as well. There could be teasers of the two other variants but the availability of each may vary. Based on rumored specs, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will sport a 6.9-inch display and back on a Snapdragon 865 SoC with 5G connectivity. It is speculated to have at least 12 GB RAM, internal storage of not less than 256 GB and possibly a 4,000 mAh battery.
But these may not be the only ones revealed in August. Some hint at possibly getting a glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, the official name after several suggestions. This was confirmed as the name of the next Samsung wearable through a spotted certification in Taiwan.
Other than that, there is also the possible launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Though the tablet niche has not been especially kind to the Korean company, their tablets are still worth checking out. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ will be a first for the company.
Finally, there is the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2. There have been a lot of rumors tied up to Samsung's next foldable phone. But the most appealing to most is the slight decrease in pricing. And while most will laud that angle, features will take a hit. Instead of four cameras, the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 will only have three rear cameras included. Another foldable in the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is also anticipated as possibly coming in August.
Should this hold up, it will be a pretty interesting August for Samsung followers. The Unpacked event will be held purely online. It is also possible that revealing each product may not happen simultaneously. But the only one that most are expecting is the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 - hopefully together with the other two rumored variants.
