ARMYs are demanding an update on Big Hit's legal charges against malicious commenters and staged a truck protest in front of the agency's building.

According to a report by All Kpop, fans are protesting Big Hit's snail-paced action against malicious commenters spreading derogatory statements about BTS. As a result, they rented an LED truck to express their frustrations.

In one of the statements posted on the LED truck, ARMYs called out to Big Hit for not communicating with the fans on the status of the cases. They demanded full disclosure of the process and the results of the charges. Another statement said that instead of simply waiting for a court decision, Big Hit should have illustrated their commitment to finding justice for their artists by filing a third round of charges against the perpetrators.

Big Hit took to WeVerse to update the fans and said that they are undergoing legal procedures. While some fans were satisfied, some were still frustrated after seeing the volume of negative comments that are still present in forums and threads.

It can be recalled that Big Hit Entertainment recently reported that they have taken legal action against malicious commenters targetting BTS, a report from All Kpop stated.

In their earlier statement, Big Hit said that they have filed the charges based on evidence collected by the fans and based on the agency's own monitoring initiatives. Among the evidence were posts made on community threads, blog posts, DC Inside, TISTORY, social media, as well as comments made on news articles.

Big Hit said that some of the perpetrators have been sentenced to fines while there were those who are still being investigated. There were also those who have tried to make settlements through their lawyers, which Big Hit rejected because of their zero-tolerance policy.

In their statement, Big Hit said that for perpetrators who had a long history of malicious postings about BTS were forwarded to the police for investigation. Some of the cases have already been submitted to the prosecutor's office. They vowed to take further legal action should these individuals continue to engage in their malicious activities.

The agency further appealed for patience since the filing and processing of legal charges take several months to even years. They vowed that they continue to remain vigilant against malicious and defamatory posts against their artists and thanked the fans for their constant coordination and cooperation.
