George Clooney is, allegedly, fed up with living in Los Angeles and already wants to return to Lake Cuomo in Italy. Amal Clooney, however, disagreed with his plan. These opposing opinions were allegedly causing clashes between the two.

The Globe published a story this week claiming Clooney is bored staying in L.A. and has been insisting to his wife that they should move back to Europe. A source of the tabloid claimed the Money Monster actor is missing the culture and serenity in Lake Cuomo in Italy.

The tabloid reported that the Clooneys have been holed up at the actor's converted bachelor pad in Studio City in L.A. since the lockdown took effect because of the coronavirus pandemic. George is, allegedly, eager to move back to Italy and the source claimed the couple has been "at each other's throats" because of this.

Apparently, Italy is the last place Amal would want to be. The human rights lawyer is not a huge fan of L.A., but she believed that it is safest for their family to stay where they are and avoid traveling at the moment.

The Globe alleged the Gravity actor threatened to leave his wife and twins if Amal won't go along with his plan. It added that George would pack his bag and retreat to Lake Cuomo on his own.

Gossip Cop dismissed the story, stating its doubt that Clooney would leave his family behind just because he is missing the serenity at his lakeside mansion. The publication added that the claim that the Clooney couple is at each other's throats has been a persisted rumor about them.

A few months ago, the same tabloid alleged George Clooney and Amal Clooney were fighting while in quarantine together. The Globe claimed since the power couple was used to spending time apart, they struggled being in close quarters together for a long time.

Gossip Cop noted that Life & Style, an affiliate of the Globe, also published an opposite claim in the past. In April, it alleged that George and Amal had different views about where their family should live

The tabloid reported Amal wanted to move to England but George preferred to stay in L.A. where all his friends resided. Life & Style claimed the ER actor insisted that, because he is getting older, he wanted to be closer to family and friends, but Amal Amal doesn't like L.A. Gossip Cop debunked all of these false stories about the Clooneys.
