Prince Harry and Meghan Markle still hold virtual events despite their official step down from royal life at the end of March. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been speaking out on campaigns they are passionate about, and they do these engagements virtually due to the pandemic.

Now, the document listing the request of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as guest speakers has been leaked. Earlier this week, the Daily Telegraph published the terms and conditions that event organizers must comply with to secure the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as virtual speakers.

The list fits four pages that include allowing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to agree on who will introduce them. The couple should also give their consent to who will moderate the discussion.

After learning about the leaked document, a royal expert criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s demands. "Harry and Meghan insist on having control over who introduces them. What are they worried about?” Angela Levin wrote on Twitter.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle signed a deal with New York-based Harry Walker Agency back in June. The said agency that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed up for is the same one as former U.S. president Barack Obama. Its other high-profile clients include former first couple Hillary and Bill Clinton, and "Queen of Talk" Oprah Winfrey.

This is not the first time that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are claimed to be controlling. According to a royal expert, the book Finding Freedom just revealed the “selfish” and “controlling side” of the couple.

“When Meghan talks of ‘giving her life’ to the institution of monarchy, it’s important to remember that they didn’t last two years after they married as senior working royals… They come across as a couple with many talents but who are also extremely selfish and controlling,” royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said.

Before the release of Finding Freedom, Fitzwilliams already warned the book could be like “dynamite” that could cause more rift for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. He previously said that the couple’s unofficial biography may cause “serious harm” to their relationship with the Royal Family members, especially Queen Elizabeth.

However, the new book is not the only thing that could drive a wedge between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and the Royal Family. The Duchess of Sussex filed a lawsuit against the publisher of The Mail on Sunday and MailOnline for publishing part of her private letter to her estranged father Thomas Markle in 2018 and claimed that she was “unprotected by the Institution” while pregnant.
