A brand new free to play action-adventure game from Chinese developer MiHoYo that features elemental magic, monsters, spirits, dragons and other elements is currently taking the gaming world by storm.
How to Play Genshin Impact?
Following a series of tutorial quests, players can freely explore the world of Tevyat as a Traveler. As part of the game's early story, the traveler receives three party members, namely Lisa, Kaeya, and Amber. "Genshin Impact" players could also get party members by using gacha mechanics.
Every character in "Genshin Impact" has a specific role with various weapons and elemental magic. Knowing how to use and swap these effectively is crucial in solving a lot of puzzles in the game. The new fantasy-adventure game could also be played by exploring Teyvat. The player can walk, run, locate wild ingredients that could be used for cooking and crafting.
Players can use the combination of weapons and elemental magic to fight enemies. Interestingly, the player's Adventure level increases by opening treasure chests. Moreover, players need to fight enemies and utilize special tomes to increase individual party members' combat ability.
Can I Play Genshin Impact With Friends?
It will take w while before a player could play "Genshin Impact" with friends. While the game appears like an MMO, it is technically a solo adventure until the player reaches Adventure Level 16. At this level, players can unlock the ability to team up with friends who are at the same level or higher.
Interestingly, while players can fight enemies and do Adventurer's Guild commissions together with friends, one cannot progress the story along with another person. The player has to do his part of the adventure all by himself.
