Staff members at Frogmore Cottage were apparently told to prepare for the potential return of Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex is allegedly coming home in a matter of weeks to meet with Queen Elizabeth.

Sources told The Sun that no mention was made for Meghan Markle's return. It's understood that it's only Prince Harry who is returning home for a "telling off" with Queen Elizabeth.

The source added that Queen Elizabeth wants to meet with Prince Harry because he "stepped over the line" with his recent political statements. The Duke of Sussex will also need to sort out his visa issues.

The monarch will still be safe, even as Harry will come from an overseas trip, because she and her grandson can still talk face to face while physically distant. The Queen has recently moved back to Windsor Castle following a two-week stay at Wood Farm in Sandringham. Frogmore Cottage is within the Windsor grounds.

It comes as Princess Diana's butler, Paul Burrell, expressed that Harry will be back in Britain for good because he won't remain happy in California. Speaking on the ITV chat show Lorraine, the former royal staff said that he doesn't see Diana's son withstanding life in Los Angeles forever.

Burrell believes that he was "led along" the path laid out by Meghan Markle for her dream life. The former butler said that Harry married a woman who had her own ideas. He fell in love with someone he sees "can't do anything wrong."

In August, the Duke of Sussex said that he would have been back to London if not for the virus. Instead, Harry has been making plans to be in England by October 2021 to witness his countrymen host the World Cup.

The royal might be back home as well in time for the unveiling of Princess Diana's statue in Kensington Palace. This project is a joint effort with his brother, Prince William, and the plan is to make this statue public on Princess Diana's birthday on July 31, 2021.

Reports also stated that Harry and Meghan want to spend the holidays in Sandringham with the royal family. The Sussexes missed Christmas in Sandringham in 2019 because they spent this with friends in Vancouver.

However, reports also came to light that Meghan wants to host her first Christmas in their newly-bought Montecito home so flying to London is now out of the question. The Sussex pair have invited David Foster and his wife, Katherine McPhee, for an intimate Christmas celebration.
