SEVENTEEN has officially put an end to the Heng:garae era with the release of their new music video for the song 'Home;Run' from their latest album Semicolon. Not surprisingly, the MV once again focuses on the 13-member idol group's fun-loving style but this time, with an interesting twist.

The music video for 'Home;Run' opens with the car from the 'Left & Right' MV being revealed to have crashed into a wall. As soon as SEVENTEEN leader S.Coups steps out, he is hit in the head by a baseball that breaks apart and reveals a huge diamond inside. From there, the race for the mysterious diamond begins.

The other members immediately find out about S.Coups' discovery and set off to take the gem from him. As a fight ensues, someone manages to slip away with the diamond and it is later revealed to be The8. However, the gem doesn't stay in his hands for long.

A newspaper headline confirms the missing diamond which may have been taken by two suspects whose identity are not revealed. Luckily, Carats can tell it is Mingyu and Jeonghan and as they try to escape on a train, they are hunted down by Wonwoo and Dino.

Although Wonwoo eventually gets the diamond, it is once again stolen by The8. So what happens to the gem in the end? At one point, all SEVENTEEN members have the diamond on a pool table but no one is trying to touch it. However, Seungkwan suddenly grabs the gem and simply tosses it away.

The diamond chase isn't the only awesome thing about the 'Home;Run' MV. There are several scenes showing off the song's choreography with the members in suits and other outfits. Although there are only glimpses at their dance moves, it is still obvious that SEVENTEEN has once again come up with an energetic choreography for their new song.

Semicolon marks SEVENTEEN's third comeback in 2020. The group initially dropped the mini-album Heng;garae in June along with its lead single 'Left & Right'. This was immediately followed by the Japanese EP 24H and the title track in September. Amazingly, the group barely took a rest as they immediately announced their Korean comeback for October and are expected to begin promotions as soon as the album is released.

SEVENTEEN's new album Semicolon has recently surpassed 1.1 million stock pre-orders before its release. The album is now available worldwide.
