The Apple iPhone 12 Pro has a bunch of new and improved features that would make anyone salivate.

Apple's iPhone 12 Pro has finally arrived in stores and those who already got it are very much delighted with its new and improved features, such as its camera system, its new processor, and MagSafe wireless charging capability. While the top features of Apple's iPhone 12 Pro have been the subject of rumors even before its launch on October 13 and subsequent release on October 23, examining them up close makes all the difference.

One thing that many users noticed when they unboxed their new iPhone 12 Pro is that it has a smaller box due to the absence of headphones and power adapters. The non-inclusion of the usual accessories, however, is easily forgotten when users got to see first-hand the top features of Apple's iPhone 12 Pro. The first noticeable feature of the new device is its flat-edge side reminiscent of the early days of Apple phones, specifically the 5/5S iPhones.

Among the top features of Apple's iPhone 12 Pro is the increased resolution of its Super Retina XDR OLED display at 2532 x 1170 pixels as compared to the iPhone 11 Pro's 1125 x 2436 pixels. Apple also said that the inclusion of the Ceramic Shield on the new device made its glass the toughest material ever used on a smartphone. The Cupertino-based tech giant revealed that with its new Ceramic Shield, the drop performance of the new iPhone 12 Pro is four times better compared to its predecessor.

Users also noticed a boost in speed in their new device brought about by its use of the A14 Bionic processor, which is also one of the top features in Apple's iPhone 12 Pro. Its 5-nanometer process allows it to consume lesser power and all the while, providing users with better performance. The A14 Bionic processor also helps a lot in many of the phone's functions, from image processing and compression to a better gaming experience.

The other top features in Apple's iPhone 12 Pro is its increased base-storage capability at 128GB, its MagSafe wireless charging support, and highly-improved cameras. As regards its base-storage, many users in the past have been clamoring for higher base-storage fitting for a smartphone in the $1,000 range. Apple finally relented with the iPhone 12 Pro and as regards the MagSafe wireless charging capability, other smartphones are already going in that direction and it is only logical that Apple would follow the same path. The cameras, however, are an entirely different breed as Apple made sure its new device could compete even with DSLR cameras. Its low-light performance and night-mode, along with noise and brightness, are better handled by the iPhone 12 Pro cameras, with photo quality coming near that of a DSLR camera.

These are only some of the top features of Apple's iPhone 12 Pro. Other features include its ability to shoot 10-Bit DolbyVision HDR Video at up to 60 fps, 5G connectivity, and the LiDAR scanner which greatly improves the Augmented Reality capability of the device.
