Almost 1.7 million "PUBG Mobile" accounts were permanently suspended because of the intensified anti-cheat measures that the dev rolled out to the game.

On Its official Twitter account, "PUBG Mobile" shared that it has permanently suspended 1,638,088 accounts from accessing the hit mobile battle shooter title. It cited three major reasons for blocking the accounts, which include X-ray vision, auto-aim hacks and speed hacks. This is included in the recent Anti-Cheat Report released by the game dev, covering Oct 23 to Oct 29.

Out of the 1.6 million suspended "PUBG Mobile" accounts, 16,380 or 1% were Conqueror rank, 114,666 or 7% were Ace rank and 163, 808 or 10% were Silver rank. The Bronze tier dominates the biggest chunk of banned "PUBG Mobile" accounts, accounting for 458,664 or 28% of the total suspended accounts. Meanwhile, there are 245,713 Platinum tier and 245,713 Diamond-ranked players suspended and 196,570 Gold and 196,570 Crown banned accounts.

The latest "PUBG Mobile" Anti-Cheat report also revealed that 31% or roughly 507,807 players were caught using X-ray vision hacks. Meanwhile, 28% or 458,664 accounts were suspended due to auto-aim hacks and 393,141 accounts or 24% of the suspended accounts were caught using speed hacks. Other accounts were banned because of the modification of the character model, modification of area damage and others.

A few days ago, "PUBG Mobile" shared that the team made a strong action against iOS jailbreak plug-in hacks and several other cheating methods that disrupt the game environment and the players' gaming experience. In its report, the team claimed that it is closely monitoring and taking measures to target cheaters as soon as they are detected. Moreover, the devs believe that hacks damage the fairness of the hit mobile shooter title.

The "PUBG Mobile" team also assured players that it would punish players who use the above-mentioned hacks with a 10-year ban. Developers would also be held accountable with the team planning to take legal action against them. The team also reported that it earlier addressed 'manipulative hacks that automatically eliminated opponents from the game as soon as they finish parachuting.

It appears that the hackers updated the hack, but the "PUBG Mobile" team reported that it blocked the hack again. The said hack reportedly disconnects players, thereby making them immobile after parachuting or as soon as they land.

"PUBG Mobile" is currently available on iOS and Android devices.
