President-elect Joe Biden will quickly erase some of president Donald Trump's most infamous actions with a series of executive orders shortly after taking office on Jan. 20, 2021.

Insiders familiar with Biden's plans said the president-elect will reverse Trump's widely assailed crackdown on "DREAMers," his withdrawals from the Paris climate accords and the World Health Organization (WHO), his border wall with Mexico and his contentious ban on Muslims, among many others.

They said Biden's advisers have spent "months quietly working on how best to implement his agenda, with hundreds of transition officials preparing to get to work inside various federal agencies."

"They have assembled a book filled with his campaign commitments to help guide their early decisions," wrote The Washington Post.

Biden plans to immediately send an immigration bill to Congress on his first day in office on January 21 that includes a pathway to citizenship for 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally, according to Biden aides.

The bill will address the status of DREAMers living in the U.S. illegally after entering as children. More than 644,000 DREAMers were granted deportation relief and work permits under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program started by former president Barack Obama.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June thwarted Trump's effort to end DACA because his administratrion didn't follow proper legal procedures. Biden's immigration reform bill will also include a path to citizenship for more than 400,000 people covered by the Temporary Protected Status program.

Biden will rescind Trump's travel bans on travelers from 13 countries, most of them either majority-Muslim or African nations on Day One of his administration.

To end the construction of Trump's Mexico border wall, Biden will stop the diversion of Pentagon funds to build this unwanted wall and instead invest in screening infrastructure at ports of entry. Biden, however, previously said he won't order the dismantling of the walls built under Trump but would halt construction of more lengths of wall.

Biden has promised to prioritize the reunification of migrant children separated from their families by cruel Trump policies.

Back in July, Biden swore to reverse Trump's April decision to leave the WHO, which Trump falsely claimed bungled the COVID-19 crisis and was to blame for the pandemic along with China.

"Americans are safer when America is engaged in strengthening global health," said Biden at the time. "On my first day as President, I will rejoin the WHO and restore our leadership on the world stage."

Biden's plan to fight the pandemic includes widespread free testing; continuing the development vaccine, and an and distribution of a vaccine and economic stimulus to help workers in the shattered economy.
