Jeremy Lin is determined to make an NBA return. A recent photo showing him playing ball with Stephen Curry and some of the other Golden State Warriors may be a glimpse of things to come. It is no secret that the Warriors have been linked to the American-Asian, backed by the fact that Curry is impressed with the playing style of the 32-year-old player.

Photos of Lin emerged on Instagram courtesy of Jordan Jimenez. The photo shows Linsanity playing some pickup ball with Curry, Eric Paschall, Kevon Looney, Marquese Chriss, and Alen Smailagic. This has now sent mixed feelers to Jeremy Lin and Warriors fans. Is a deal imminent?

Before going that far, it would be best not to conclude anything at this point. Seeing Lin and Curry ball together is something. However, it could also be nothing. Lin could be in the area playing ball with some of the Warriors. But if one digs deeper, it begs to ask why Lin was at the University of San Francisco campus there in the first place.

Hence, it would be fair to assume that there is something brewing between the Warriors and Lin. Before this revelation, Curry reportedly liked the playing style of Lin. This sparked rumors of the Dubs have interest in the Harvard University graduate, one that would ironically be a homecoming of sorts. Lin started his NBA career with the Warriors during the 2010-11 season.

However, that tenure was far from memorable. Lin hardly got the chance to show what he could do. Lin’s rise to stardom started with his next team, the New York Knicks. It was here where he got the name “Linsanity” although his run had been marred by a lot of ups and downs.

Throughout his career, Lin dealt with injuries that hampered him from playing well. He last played with the 2018-19 NBA champion Toronto Raptors, a stint where he was hardly felt. Regardless, that allowed him to win an NBA ring, something every NBA player covets.

Lin is coming off a stint in the Chinese Basketball Association with the Beijing Ducks. Though he fared well, the 32-year-old guard made it known that he was planning to continue his NBA dream. Aside from the Dubs, the Brooklyn Nets have also been singled out as a potential landing spot.
