Borussia Dortmund sensation Erling Haaland is the top signing target of the giant clubs in Europe and the latest report suggests the prolific goalscorer is primed for an exit next summer. If the Bundesliga star makes the jump in June, his likely destination would be Barcelona or the Premier League clubs racing to sign the Norwegian.

From the local media in Catalan, a news story is circulating that claimed Haaland's agent, Mino Raiola, is plotting an early exit for the 20-year-old from Germany. If the plan pushes through, Raiola is said to be bringing the youngster to Camp Nou.

However, the media report failed to mention how Haaland will walk away from his Dortmund deal, which is not expiring soon. It's a puzzle too if the Dortmund star can start talking for a possible transfer as earlier reports have indicated that Haaland's release clause will only be activated in the summer of 2022.

Also, Barca Blaugranes said acquiring Haaland for next season could prove problematic for the Catalans. The striker is now considered one of the hottest talents in Europe and making a bid on him will require a large sum of money, which is something that is not in abundance right now in the La Liga side.

Interestingly, the same report said Barcelona could have signed Haaland at a lower price since the forward has been on the club's radar while he was still playing in Austria. But the Catalans decided to hold off on making the move and Haaland ended up signing with BVB, where his value rapidly grew in just a short time.

Meanwhile, following the news that Haaland could become available to transfer in the coming months, Premier League giants are said to be preparing to make a move on the 20-year-old forward. Already, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is considering a bid on the marksman and will attempt to bring him to Stamford Bridge this January.

If the time will run out, Lampard is prepared to continue his pursuit of the Haaland in the summer and Football London said it might be the perfect timing for the Blues. The club will be better prepared for the expensive purchase as Dortmund's asking price for Haaland is expected not to be lower than £100 million.

Another suitor keeping tabs on Haaland is Manchester United. The Red Devils were pursuing the star in late 2019 but Haaland elected to switch from Red Bull Salzburg to Dortmund at the start of 2020. United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be keen on securing the signature of the youngster given a fresh opportunity.
