The reputed publication continued that the trailer first went public in September. This means that the footage likely came from incidents that happened last summer. Accordingly, if Kourtney Kardashian is, indeed, pregnant again with Scott Disick's child, then, she would be around six months along by now.
This is not the case, however, considering that the eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings have posted photos of herself on social media accounts these past few months. In the end, Gossip Cop emphasized that none of the pregnancy rumors are true.
