Kim Kardashian and Kanye West continue to face divorce rumors these past few weeks. While the couple remains silent about the issue, many individuals believe that they are, truly, having marital problems.
Amid the whole drama, though, Cheat Sheet recalled a moment in the past when the "Heartless" singer gave his wife an "extravagant push present." As reported, West surprised the reality star with a diamond necklace following the birth of their second child, Saint, in 2015.
Reports said at that time that the SKIMS founder "actually mentioned" what she would love to have during her pregnancy. She revealed that she wanted a "Lorraine Schwartz diamond choker," similar to what she wore at the Art+Film Gala.
Kim Kardashian received the same piece that she mentioned months prior. Several publications stated that Kanye West shelled out over $1 million for the jewelry piece.
Cheat Sheet noted, though, that it did not come as a surprise when the artist gifted his wife a luxurious present. As it happened, the couple has been giving each other "over-the-top" gifts since they started dating.
Apart from the countless extravagant getaways outside the country, Kardashian and West have, also, gifted each other designer handbags, condominium units, lots, and sports cars. In December 2020 alone, the Jesus Is King artist allegedly purchased five 2021 Mercedes Benz Maybach GLS for the KKW Beauty founder.
Despite all the costly gifts, however, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West still face problems in their marriage. Earlier this year, sources even uncovered that a "divorce is imminent" for the couple, according to Page Six.
Insiders continued that West and Kardashian are "over," adding that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has already hired Laura Wasser, a divorce attorney who is popular among celebrities. They are, reportedly, "keeping it low-key, but they are done."
As the divorce rumors continue to develop, the couple of six years has yet to confirm nor make a comment before the public. They are seemingly maintaining their silence amid all the debacle.
Over the weekends, Kim Kardashian likely placed her marriage troubles behind as she flew out for a vacation in Turks and Caicos. Us Weekly said that she is with her children, as well as her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner.
On Saturday, the 40-year-old reality star posted photos on Instagram, featuring her two kids, North and Chicago. She captioned it with "Girls Trip!," seemingly implying that they went out of town without their respective partners.
