Hollywood houses some of the most celebrated couples today. These include Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who had their ninth wedding anniversary last September.

Many fans seemingly adore the pair for their relationship. With their trolling moments on social media from time to time, it is not surprising why their marriage continues to amass followers.

But, a source recently told OK! magazine that things are "far from perfect" for "Green Lantern" stars. There is reportedly "tension" between them, adding that they have become "very good at faking" their "rocky" relationship.

The insider noted, as well, this helps their respective careers to portray a certain image before the public.

The alleged strain between Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds stems from the talks of leaving Hollywood, as well as plans for a fourth child. As fans would remember, the "Red Notice" actor announced in October that he would take a break from the spotlight to spend more time with his family.

The source countered that this is not the real reason why he planned to leave the acting space. It is claimed that he was "under pressure" from the "Gossip Girl" actress for always being far away because of his projects.

They reportedly have an agreement that one of them has to stay home. But, with Lively's career slowing down as Reynolds' rises up, she has become "resentful."

As for the subject of expanding their family, the married couple is said to be on the same page, especially in terms of adopting. However, the actor allegedly wants an older child, while his wife wants a baby, and this adds to the tension.

Following all the statements, though, no evidence has come to light to support the allegations. Accordingly, these all remain rumors and speculations regarding the couple's marriage.

This is not the first time Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds face similar assertions about their relationship. Earlier in August, a tabloid reported that they were "constantly fighting" due to matters relating to their careers.

But, despite the sources' provision of details to the claims, Gossip Cop confronted the narrative and busted the story.

The publication emphasized that the pair is "happily married," noting that the supposed insiders are "clueless" about the couple's lives.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively first met when they became the leads of "Green Lantern" in 2010. At that time, though, they were still in their respective relationships with Scarlett Johansson and Penn Badgley.

Before the same year ended, the "Accepted" actress broke up with her "Gossip Girl" co-star, while the "Deadpool" actor filed for divorce from his then-wife, "Black Widow" actress.

It was not until about a year later that they began dating each other. They tied the knot in 2012 and had their first child in 2014.
