Prince Andrew is allegedly worried that Virginia Roberts Giuffre's legal team could use his former maid's damaging claims against him in court.

Star magazine (Feb. 14 issue) claimed that Prince Andrew believes that Charlotte Brigg's could make his sexual abuse lawsuit much worse than what it already is.

After all, the Duke of York's former maid accused him of being rude and entitled. Briggs also said that she didn't call Prince Andrew Your Royal Highness because she didn't think that he deserved the recognition.

According to Briggs, Prince Andrew was also very demanding. He also had an obsession for things to always look neat and clean. But Briggs only had wonderful things to say about Prince Andrew's siblings, Prince Charles and Prince Edward. She said that the two men are very lovely and unlike Prince Andrew.

After hearing Briggs' allegations, the source claimed that Queen Elizabeth became upset. After all, Briggs was hired for the royal family so they expected her to keep such personal details about Prince Andrew private.

"She feels betrayed that one of her former staff members is speaking out, but she prefers to avoid lawsuits," the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid's claims with a grain of salt. As of late, it's still unclear what Briggs' reason is for wanting to speak up against Prince Andrew. But there's no indication that her accounts will be mentioned in court.

As of late, it's still unclear whether Prince Andrew's case will head to trial. But the Duke of York said that he wants this to happen so that he can defend himself in front of a jury.

Even if Prince Andrew's case goes to trial, there's no indication that his former staff will be called in for questioning. If this is the case then some members of the royal family can also be deposed.

Meanwhile, Prince Andrew also made headlines this week after Jeffrey Epstein's former girlfriend, Lady Victoria Hervey said that the royal's infamous photo with Giuffre is fake.

"Some of these stories sound like a case study of Regret turning into Revenge. This story has been so blown out of proportion. Or has it. Nobody knows. People are literally murdering people in LA and getting out of jail. It's a real-life Gotham city blood bath," she wrote on Instagram.
