Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle may finally reunite at the upcoming celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee. Amid everything said and done, it looks like the Duchess of Cambridge is ready to face Prince Harry's wife, though she will "not forget" how she treated her.

Rumors of misunderstanding have been surrounding Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle. So after the Duchess of Sussex made claims against the royal family, how will the two duchesses' reunion turn out?

Express noted the Sussexes might visit the U.K. in the summer to join Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. As everyone thinks of a happy family reunion, Ingrid Seward, royal author and editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, says it may not be the case.

The future queen consort might never forget how the former actress treated her as a working senior royal. This might have to do with Meghan Markle's claim that Kate Middleton made her cry in a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.

However, Seward told The Mirror Prince William's wife would be "cordial" to the former actress. "She has to--that is part of her job," she said.

The mother of three has to set aside her feelings and "remain just that," but she will never forget. She knows there's no point in prolonging their alleged feud, knowing it can be eventually repaired.

Does this mean the two female royals will be soon fine? Well, they may be photographed kissing or hugging each other. So, there's a possibility that they will just let bygones be bygones.

In fact, Meghan Markle told Oprah Winfrey that Kate Middleton apologized when she was upset about something and brought her flowers. So, Katie Nicholl also told OK! magazine, via Daily Mail, that the 40-year-old royal didn't want any issues of a rift with the former "Suits" star to come public, so she found the story made about them "very hard."

Nicholl added there are different versions to this story and said Prince Harry and Meghan Markle know Kate Middleton is "not in a position to respond." The issue in question is the bridesmaid story that the latter believed to be sorted out.

So now that it was brought up again, it was mortifying for Kate Middleton. In fact, it made her "sad, disappointed and hurt."

Meanwhile, it remains to be seen if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will indeed visit the U.K. to take part in Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Aside from the Duke of Sussex's security problem, royal biographer Tom Bower earlier claimed Archie and Lilibet's mother has no plans to return to the country and doesn't care about what the British public may think.
