The 64th Grammy Awards seemed to make a new pair out of BTS's V and Olivia Rodrigo. Though their pairing was just part of a skit, the two evidently got everyone's attention.

Olivia Rodrigo made a surprise cameo appearance in BTS's performance at the 64th Grammy Awards on Monday, April 4. The group sang their hit song "Butter" on stage and it started with V seemed to be flirting with the American singer.

V sat next to the 19-year-old star and laid his eyes on only her. He later leaned in closer to whisper something to her ears, making her shocked.

He then brought out a car from behind her hair that surprised her more. He then pointed to Jungkook on the stage and threw the card toward him.

This incited the start of their performance. Koreaboo noted that among the interactions that happened at the Grammys, one of the most memorable was that of Olivia Rodrigo and V.

For starters, BTS was nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. The actress, on the other hand, got nods for Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Music Video, and Record of the Year

But before the said stint and performance happened, the K-pop group stole everyone's heart first when they walked the red carpet with their dapper looks. As expected, they got heaps of praises for their stunning appearance, from Jungkook's incredible style to V's handsomeness to their overall vibes, per AllKpop.

Once again, they are up for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, going up against the likes of Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Benny Blanco and Doja Cat and Sza and Coldplay, E! News cited.

The group also got the same nomination last year for their hit song "Dynamite." Sadly, Lady Gaga and Adriana Garden won the category with their "Rain on Me" performance.

BTS also held their performance in Korea for the 2021 Grammy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But as the world is gradually returning to normal these days, they performed live on stage, in front of a live audience.

It was a monumental moment for BTS. Thankfully, Jungkook managed to join the show after fully recovering from COVID-19. To recall, Big Hit Music announced on WeVerse, via Billboard, Jungkook developed a mild sore throat during quarantine but had now recovered.
