This past week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex embarked on a lavish vacation to Colombia, which adhered to all of the conventions that are associated with royal tours. It was quite evident that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were in their element, having engaged in activities such as socializing with people and delivering impassioned public addresses in front of dignitaries.

However, as soon as the couple arrived back in California, royal observers began to wonder what the purpose of such a journey was for two individuals who had previously held positions of power in the royal family, as well as why the trip cost more than three million dollars.

The security cost, which included three thousand police officers and soldiers, a bomb disposal unit, a guard equipped with a ballistic suitcase, sniffer dogs, and helicopters, is said to have contributed to the substantial expense. Harry, who is 39 years old, and Meghan, who is 43 years old, were protected by these measures.

A conference was held about African American women and power, and Meghan wowed the audience with her Spanish talents. Additionally, the couple won fans by performing music and dancing.

“Harry ang Meghan seemed to enjoy the events and attention while in Colombia - and in public seemed oblivious to any criticisms of their presence in the country,” an unnamed source told New Idea Magazine. Truth be told, they are excited to tour once more, critics be damned.

“Following the success of their Nigerian tour earlier this year and now this trip to South America, they are definitely open more appearances where invited,” the unidentified insider went on.

Meanwhile, It has been disclosed by a priest who spoke to Princes William and Prince Harry at their reunion for a church ceremony to remember their late uncle that they did not speak to each other. The pastor also confirmed that they did not speak to one other individually.

They both went to the funeral of Lord Robert Fellowes, who passed away a month ago at the age of 82. The two individuals, who have been involved in a contentious dispute, attended the funeral together. Prince Harry made a covert trip from the United States to attend the memorial ceremony attended by William at St. Mary's Church in Snettisham, Norfolk. There, they paid their respects to the deceased.

Since the Coronation of their father, King Charles, which took place in May of last year, this was the first time that they had attended the same event. However, despite the fact that they appeared to have been able to put their disagreements aside for the service that took place yesterday, there were indications that they continued to maintain their distance from one another.

The Reverend Dan Tansey, who presided over the ceremony that took place the day before, has now shared with him what the brothers had to say to him after the service.

"It was only as I was greeting the congregation on the way out that Prince William was shaking my hand, and then very quickly after Prince Harry did too. It was a surprise but a really really pleasant surprise that they had both come. On the way out, they both said thank you for the service and I thanked them for coming,” he told The Sun.

Following the service, which was referred to as a memorial rather than a funeral, a reception was held, which the vicar characterized as being very laid back and friendly. "I don't recollect them speaking to each other but there were a lot of family members and friends speaking to them,” the vicar went on.

A further statement made by the reverend was that the presence of both brothers at the service would have been of great significance to Lord Fellowes and his widow Jane, who was an older sister of Princess Diana.

During a walkabout in Windsor with their wives in the days following the passing of their late grandmother in September 2022, Prince William and Prince Harry were spotted alongside each other for the last time. This was the last time they were photographed together.

Since then, Prince Harry has been vocal in his criticism of his royal relatives, particularly William, in his explosive book, Spare, as well as in his bombshell Netflix series. In the latter, he has accused William of forcing him into a dog bowl after a dispute regarding Meghan.
