Prince Andrew's decline is beginning to influence his two daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. According to one source, Princess Beatrice was humiliated by her appearance in "A Very Royal Scandal."
The Duke of York's controversial Newsnight interview serves as the inspiration for the new drama series on Amazon Prime. However, the program depicts Beatrice accompanying her father to meet with the BBC team prior to the combustible television special.
According to an insider, Princess Beatrice is "brokenhearted" and "sick of being humiliated" as a result of the endeavor.
"It's a stress hole there, and for some reason, Beatrice always gets stuck in the middle of things, playing peacemaker on behalf of her dad," an unnamed source told New Idea Magazine. "She doesn't want to be doing that anymore, and she recognizes it's been a pattern all her life. No one wants to be around him when he's dealing with so much right now. Beatrice is brokenhearted, of course."
In the midst of health crises, Beatrice is assuming supplementary responsibilities within the royal family as she navigates Andrew's decline in popularity following his accusation of assault. OK! As previously reported, Princess Beatrice has been a valuable asset to Prince William and Prince Harry.
An ex-royal butler named Grant Harrold claimed that Princess Beatrice had close relationships with William and Harry. Their bond is lighthearted and effortless--nothing has changed. They are hilarious and always have a lot of jokes to tell one another, OK! Magazine reported.
The best part is that they're close pals. They reportedly support and care for one other deeply despite being cousins. Plus, as Grant mentioned, they do hang out together quite a bit.
He suggested that Princess Beatrice may mediate between Prince Harry, Prince William, and King Charles while the duke remains on the royal periphery.
If Beatrice could bring harmony to the family, Harrold said, she would be the one to do it. The king, William, and Harry all consider her a dear friend, and they have complete faith in her. If anybody were to ask her, she would volunteer, but she would prefer not to get too engaged.
"Spare," Prince Harry's frank memoir, had a major impact on his relationship with Prince William.
According to Grant, there's little doubt that she would have attempted to resolve the issue by speaking with the two boys at some point. Prince Harry and Prince William's rivalry persists despite the cancer battles between Kate Middleton and Charles.
