Sarah Ferguson, a former British royal, disclosed her most recent health challenges to a publication anticipating her 65th birthday on Tuesday, October 15.

"My mindset going forward is to not be self-full but to be self-love," she disclosed, as per OK! Magazine. "If you don't keep your boundaries for yourself, who is going to do it for you? If you don't keep your authentic truth, who is going to do it for you?"

Additionally, the former HRH of Fiery Tresses disclosed her successful podcast, "Tea Talks with the Duchess and Sarah," and added, "I was so frightened to do that podcast; Sarah [Thomson] gave me enough strength and encouraged me to do it, and, of course, it was the right thing to do. We need to have more self-love and have the boundaries to take a moment to ourselves."

She also poignantly recounted the intense anxiety she felt upon receiving her initial diagnosis of breast cancer in early 2023. "I had that fear as soon as I was diagnosed, I had that fear of death. You think it's a death sentence. It's not."

Fergie is also accustomed to enduring royal controversies, and the former HRH is resolute in her resolve to surmount yet another if King Charles can expel Prince Andrew from the Royal Lodge, BBC reported.

According to a commenter on X, Fergie has "no intention" of relocating to her luxurious, secondary $5.7 million London townhome, where she has resided with her ex-husband since 2008. Instead, she will collect rent on the property in an "Airbnb style."

The royal-turned-author was recently grouped with Meghan Markle and labeled as a "complete frauds" in a more critical assessment. Their "gifts" were said to have started during the late Queen Elizabeth II's tenure, which is suspected to have caused "undue stress" on the ailing head of state.

"I guess the queen would find that vulgar (but) she was good at ignoring what she didn’t want to think about," the scribe of "A Voyage Around the Queen" author, Craig Brown, shared.

"Fergie is too stupid to be a complete fraud," the writer proceeded. "Her daughters are the King’s nieces but, really she shouldn’t be more famous than Anne's first husband."

Her former Royal Highness said "no" to an invitation to participate in the BBC's popular dancing program, Strictly Come Dancing, earlier this year, which undoubtedly disappointed fans.

Ferguson married Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, from 1986 to 1996, as per Tatler. During this time, she became a "media superstar" in the United Kingdom, second only to her former sister-in-law, Diana, Princess of Wales, who passed away at 36 in 1997.
