The Huawei P20 Pro has hit it well among smartphone consumers with its innovative features. That is headlined by the presence of a triple camera setup as well as the alluring gradient color schemes that have made mobile phones carry a new sense of style.

Seeing how most have been attracted to the twilight colors, Huawei is reportedly set to introduce two more color variants to widen the clan. The new gradient color hues will be revealed at the keynote address by Huawei CEO Richard Yu at IFA Berlin 2018 which happens in the next couple of weeks, Gizmo China said.

Some photos allegedly to be the new color schemes of the Huawei P20 Pro have been spotted by Android Authority although supporting proof to verify their validity is lacking. The source of the leaked photos requested to remain anonymous to protect his identity. Hence, it would be best to treat this with a grain of salt – at least for the next two weeks.

Despite the uncertainty on the photos of the color schemes, Android Authority gets into detail about these were conceptualized. The first color is believed to be inspired by the night sky and the aurora borealis, utilizing a wider color gamut than what the P20 Pro gradient had to offer.

The second color is believed to be inspired by the sea as well as all the objects one could see under the sea (i.e. seashells and pearls). It portrays a white-dominated color scheme with a pinch of pink and yellow. Both colors are unique and something to look forward to although it would still be best to yearn for them once Huawei officially announces them and reveals when they would be available.

For the benefit of folks who may have overlooked the technical specs of the device, the Huawei P20 Pro will sport a 6.1-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display (2240x1080 pixels) backed by an octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 970 chipset. It will be supported by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage and powered by a 4,000 mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery.

Topping the list of specs for the Huawei P20 Pro is a triple camera setup (40 MP + 20 MP + 8 MP) featuring Leica optics, LED flash and HDR panorama. It also comes with a front-facing 24 MP camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and will come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The device will also be the first device to get an EMUI 9-based Android Pie update, XDA Developers said.

This means the device stands to give users much of Android 9 Pie’s features such as gesture navigation, system-wide notch and display cutout support, an auto-rotation lock in the navigation bar plus many more.
